After shipping, you will automatically receive a track & trace email, so you can easily follow your order.

Free shipping within the Netherlands for orders €45 and above.
During busy periods, such as holidays or promotions, delivery may take a little longer. We always do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
A return is accepted when:
- The product is unused.
- The product is complete.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product shows no signs of use.
Return costs are at your own expense.
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used for the original order.

Important to know
The StepFresh Essential Kit is designed to safely and effectively clean shoes.
The final cleaning result depends on the material, the degree of soiling, and the condition of the shoe. Some stubborn stains, dirt, or discolorations may require multiple treatments and may not always be completely removed.
For the best results, we recommend:
- Always dampen the brush slightly before use.
- Use sufficient foam during cleaning.
- Allow the shoe to dry completely before performing a second treatment.
- Repeat the treatment if necessary for stubborn dirt.
